Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Yes, all our team members are thoroughly background-checked, trained, and insured to ensure your safety and peace of mind

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You don’t need to be home, but you are welcome to be if you prefer. Many clients provide us with secure access to their homes, and we ensure their privacy and security at all times.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use various cleaning products. If you have specific product preferences, let us know!

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

No, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer us to use your products, let us know in advance.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make it right.

Are your services pet-friendly?

Yes, we are experienced with homes that have pets. Please inform us about your pets beforehand so we can ensure they’re comfortable during our visit.

Do you clean during holidays?

We are closed on major holidays but are happy to accommodate around them. Please book early for holiday weeks as they fill up quickly.

How do I pay for services?

We accept (credit card/ Zelle/ cash/ check ) There is a deposit due prior to services. Rest of payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. Your deposit will go towards your balance. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time at no charge. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $50 fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the deposit you provided at the time of booking.
