Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide a spare key, garage code, or lockbox access so we can clean while they are at work or away. You are always welcome to be home if you prefer β€” whatever is most convenient for you.

What cleaning products do you use?

We bring our own professional-grade cleaning products and equipment to every job. If you have a preferred product or brand you would like us to use, just let us know in advance and we are happy to accommodate.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

No β€” we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you prefer us to use in your home, just let us know ahead of time and we will be happy to use them.

What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something is not up to your standards, contact us within 24 hours and we will come back to make it right at no additional cost.

Are your services pet-friendly?

Yes, we are experienced working in homes with pets and take extra care around them. Just let us know about your pets when you book so our team can make sure they are comfortable during the visit.

Do you clean during holidays?

We are closed on major holidays but happy to work around them. Holiday weeks tend to fill up fast, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.

How do I pay for services?

We accept credit cards, Zelle, cash, and checks. A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made. Your deposit is applied toward your total balance.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service at no charge. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $50 fee, which will be deducted from your deposit.
